Purposes of processing<\/h3>\n

You can provide your personal data to Mopinion by post, by e-mail or by issuing or handing over
\n\t\t\t\t letters or documents. Your data can also be obtained through third parties or websites. These data
\n\t\t\t\t\tinclude, for example, contact details (name, address, telephone number, email etc.), qualification
\n\t\t\t\t\tdetails (CV, work experience, etc.) or application information. Mopinion will only process these and
\n\t\t\t\t\tother personal data provided for the following purposes:<\/p>\n

  • – Answering your questions or providing information requested by you;<\/li>\n
  • – Making a selection of candidates to start an application procedure with;<\/li>\n

  • – Handling your possible complaints and resolving disputes;<\/li>\n
  • – Going through the pre-contractual phase and being able to enter into an employment

    Legal basis for processing<\/h3>\n

    Mopinion has a legitimate interest in the processing of personal data. The data is necessary to be
    \n\t\t\t\table to fill vacant and future vacancies and to fulfill the aforementioned goals. In addition, Mopinion
    \n\t\t\t\tmay have a legal obligation to process or store personal data.<\/p>\n

    Security of personal data<\/h3>\n

    Your data is securely stored on an external HR tool. The protection of this tool is in accordance with
    \n\t\t\t\tthe guidelines and only accessible to Mopinion\u2019s HR employees.<\/p>\n

    \t\t\t\tYour data is not shared with any third party and is not used in or for automated decision-making and
    \n\t\t\t\tprofiling.<\/p>\n

    Data retention<\/h3>\n

    Mopinion stores your data during and after the recruitment and selection period. Your data will be
    \n\t\t\t\tstored for a maximum of one year after the recruitment and selection procedure is finalized, unless a
    \n\t\t\t\tlonger period is necessary for legal obligations or in relation to a legal claim.<\/p>\n

    Privacy rights<\/h3>\n

    You have a number of individual privacy rights that you can invoke, such as the right to view your
    \n\t\t\t\tdata, the right to have your data corrected and the right to have your data erased (the \u00ab\u00a0right to be
    \n\t\t\t\tforgotten\u00a0\u00bb). Mopinion does not always have to comply with your claim to one of these rights. If you
    \n\t\t\t\tinvoke one of these rights, Mopinion will inform you within one month, stating reasons, whether the
