D&rsquo;o\u00f9 notre recherche d&rsquo;une solution de retour d&rsquo;information viable.\u201d<\/em><br \/>\n<br \/>\nIls souhaitaient \u00e9galement un logiciel capable de fournir ces donn\u00e9es en temps r\u00e9el, ce qui leur permettrait d&rsquo;it\u00e9rer rapidement et de boucler la boucle avec les clients, avec l&rsquo;aide de leur service client\u00e8le.<\/p>\n<h2>Une solution compl\u00e8te avec une interface conviviale \u2026<\/h2>\n<p><em>\u201cL&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;une solution de retour d&rsquo;information avait un double objectif : am\u00e9liorer le site web gr\u00e2ce aux donn\u00e9es relatives \u00e0 la <a href=\"https:\/\/mopinion.com\/voice-of-customer-voc\/\"target=\"_blank\">voice of customer<\/a> et cr\u00e9er des \u00ab\u00a0tickets\u00a0\u00bb de retour d&rsquo;information en temps r\u00e9el pour notre service client\u00e8le, afin de l&rsquo;aider \u00e0 boucler efficacement la boucle avec les clients.\u201d<\/em><br \/>\n<br \/>\nMatteo poursuit en disant que Reale Seguros a \u00e9t\u00e9 impressionn\u00e9e par l&rsquo;accessibilit\u00e9, l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience utilisateur et l&rsquo;interface utilisateur offertes par Mopinion.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n<em>\u201cNous avons \u00e9valu\u00e9 un certain nombre de concurrents, mais ils semblaient tous ne pas \u00eatre \u00e0 la hauteur dans un domaine ou un autre, en particulier en ce qui concerne l&rsquo;interface utilisateur (IU). L&rsquo;enqu\u00eate sur la page d&rsquo;accueil est d\u00e9ploy\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re passive, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire qu&rsquo;elle est toujours visible via un bouton de r\u00e9troaction sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la page, tandis que l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate sur le portail de l&rsquo;utilisateur est d\u00e9ploy\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re active (apparaissant environ 15 secondes apr\u00e8s la connexion).<br \/>\n<br \/>\nL&rsquo;une de leurs principales mesures, le Net Promoter Score (NPS), est utilis\u00e9e dans toute l&rsquo;organisation (ainsi que dans le groupe) et permet \u00e0 Reale Seguros de recueillir des informations sur la fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 de ses clients existants. Cela nous permet d&rsquo;assurer un suivi rapide aupr\u00e8s du client et de boucler la boucle.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Les tendances du retour d&rsquo;information ont conduit \u00e0 des conclusions profitables<\/h2>\n<p>Reale Seguros travaille avec Mopinion depuis un peu plus d&rsquo;un an maintenant, et au cours de cette p\u00e9riode, ils ont fait quelques constatations int\u00e9ressantes. <\/p>\n<blockquote><p>L&rsquo;une des optimisations les plus importantes que nous avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9es depuis l&rsquo;utilisation de Mopinion concernait un probl\u00e8me que nous rencontrions avec notre page de connexion. Gr\u00e2ce aux commentaires que nous avons re\u00e7us des clients, nous avons pris conscience du fait que tous les clients ne pouvaient pas acc\u00e9der au portail. Il s&rsquo;agissait d&rsquo;une \u00e9norme d\u00e9couverte, car ce probl\u00e8me emp\u00eachait essentiellement ces clients d&rsquo;effectuer des t\u00e2ches importantes sur le portail.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Depuis, Reale Seguros a \u00e9galement modifi\u00e9 la mani\u00e8re dont elle pr\u00e9sente ses polices \u00e0 ses clients. Gr\u00e2ce au retour d&rsquo;information re\u00e7u, elle a pu prendre des d\u00e9cisions fond\u00e9es sur des donn\u00e9es concernant l&rsquo;affichage de ces polices de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 mieux r\u00e9pondre aux besoins de ses clients.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nEnfin, Reale Seguros a pu boucler la boucle sur plus de 200 commentaires de clients ayant eu une mauvaise exp\u00e9rience depuis f\u00e9vrier 2022. Elle a veill\u00e9 \u00e0 ce que ces clients soient rapidement contact\u00e9s et pris en charge, tout en am\u00e9liorant leur exp\u00e9rience au fur et \u00e0 mesure. Les mesures prises concernant ces commentaires auront sans aucun doute un impact sur la fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 et la satisfaction des clients. <\/p>\n<h2>Un avenir prometteur gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 Mopinion<\/h2>\n<p>Reale Seguros a des projets passionnants \u00e0 venir dans le cadre de son programme \u00ab\u00a0voice of customer\/voix du client\u00a0\u00bb. Matteo nous dit qu&rsquo;ils ont l&rsquo;intention de commencer \u00e0 d\u00e9ployer plus d&rsquo;enqu\u00eates \u00e0 travers diff\u00e9rentes parties des entonnoirs dans les mois \u00e0 venir. Ils pr\u00e9voient \u00e9galement d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer le reporting et la visualisation des donn\u00e9es en mettant en \u0153uvre l&rsquo;API Mopinion. Cela leur permettra d&rsquo;avoir une vision plus globale de l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience client.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n<em>\u201cJusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, Mopinion s&rsquo;est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 \u00eatre une excellente solution pour d\u00e9velopper un parcours d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience client (et pas seulement num\u00e9rique). En montrant des r\u00e9sultats concrets, nous avons r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 obtenir le soutien de la haute direction. Ils sont pleinement investis et embarqu\u00e9s dans le concept de recueillir de plus en plus de commentaires des clients dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir.
