Mopinion takes customer feedback solution into new markets and wants you to join

Mopinion – reporting software for online customer feedback – is looking for full-time sales professionals that will help us expand our business internationally. You will be part of our Global (inside) Sales team and be responsible for qualifying leads and acquiring new clients. Mopinion is a rapidly growing SaaS provider and market leader in the field of customer feedback analysis for websites and apps.

Our solution turns customer feedback from digital touch-points into actionable data to drive strategy, improve online channels and empower the digital enterprise. Mopinion is a partner of major national and international players such as Microsoft, Toshiba, KIA, TomTom, Schiphol (Amsterdam Airport) and BMW. The location for this position is at our head office in Rotterdam.

Your role within the team:

  • Drive sales activity to achieve our international sales targets
  • Be responsible for the entire sales process; from lead generation to closing the deal
  • Primary focus on inside sales; providing online presentations and live product demo’s
  • Following up on demo requests and assessing client needs
  • Preparing quotes and accurately monitoring and reporting on your ‘pipeline’
  • Build relationships with key decision makers at international corporations
  • Keeping an eye on developments in the market and deliver client feedback to our marketing and product teams

The Profile:

  • Be proactive and a driven sales professional
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales position
  • You are a self-starter, energetic and comfortable working with sales targets
  • Excellent interpersonal and team skills

Additional Requirements:

  • Native English speaker
  • The ability to combine people skills with determination
  • Experience with SalesForce is a beneficial but not a necessity
  • Good sense of humor and likes to have fun
