Neem als voorbeeld de telecom industrie. De een gebruikt zijn smartphone als belangrijkste databron, terwijl de ander nog een Nokia heeft waarmee hij alleen belt en sms\u2019t. Als provider zijnde is het handig om inzicht te hebben in beide segmenten, zodat je de waarde van die segmenten kunt bepalen en kunt inschatten welke nog relevant zijn.<\/p>\n<p><em>2. Inzichten voor marketing- en communicatie<\/em><br \/>\nMarketing- en communicatie inzichten gebruik je om op een gerichte marketing- en communicatiecampagne te starten, die volledig aansluit op hoe de klant benaderd wilt worden.<\/p>\n<p><em>3. Programmaspecifieke inzichten<\/em><br \/>\nInzichten in een bepaald onderdeel van het bedrijf. Middels die inzichten verbeter je dat onderdeel van je onderneming. Neem als voorbeeld het onderdeel \u2018Mijn Account\u2019. Door middel van het verzamelen van VoC weet je dat bepaalde informatie onvindbaar voor de klant is.<\/p>\n<p><em>4. Inzichten op productniveau <\/em><br \/>\nVia deze inzichten kun je een product of dienst aanpassen.<\/p>\n<h2>Meten is weten<\/h2>\n<p>Je bent actief aan de slag gegaan met de online VoC. Na verloop van tijd heb je zoveel data verzameld, dat je het overzicht erover dreigt te verliezen. Daarom is het van belang dat je vooraf goed bepaalt waarom je online VoC data verzamelt en dat je intern afspreekt wat de succesfactoren zijn Een veelgebruikte methode is om VoC te rapporteren op basis van de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.netpromoter.com\/know\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Net Promoter Score<\/a>. Hiermee meet je in hoeverre de klant jouw product of dienst zult aanbevelen aan familie en vrienden.
