Skoda werkt met Mopinion om beter naar haar website bezoekers te luisteren en om de relatie met de online klanten te verbeteren.<\/h4>\n<hr class=\"extra\">\n<h3>De Uitdaging<\/h3>\n<p>Onlangs lanceerde Skoda een nieuwe website voor de Nederlandse markt. Zoals veel digitale marketeers weten, betekent zo\u2019n lancering van een nieuwe website ook vaak dat er issues kunnen opduiken. Zo kan het voorkomen dat de navigatie of de doe-het-zelf tools niet optimaal functioneren, of er zijn fouten in het design. De nieuwe klantreis blijkt uiteindelijk toch onduidelijk voor de bezoekers.<\/p>\n<p>Daarom speelt klantfeedback een belangrijke rol. Skoda koos Mopinion om erachter te komen hoe gebruiksvriendelijk de nieuwe website is, welke issues er meteen kunnen worden opgelost en om te ontdekken wat bezoekers echt van de nieuwe website vinden. <\/p>\n<h3>De Oplossing<\/h3>\n<p>Dankzij de feedback-oplossing van Mopinion kon Skoda grote hoeveelheden feedback data analyseren en issues heel snel identificeren en oplossen. Skoda ziet online feedback ook als een extra service voor de klant, want dit kan 24 uur per dag. Een teamlid van het Webteam bij Skoda vertelt: <\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Misschien is Skoda niet het allerhipste of coolste merk, maar wij zijn betrouwbaar, behulpzaam en wij willen dat onze klanten dat weten. De klantfeedback oplossingen van Mopinion dragen bij aan het behalen van dit doel.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Skoda gebruikt Mopinion feedback als een servicegerichte oplossing om de website te verbeteren. Naast feedback van de website verzamelen en analyseren, publiceert Skoda ook klantfeedback op verschillende pagina\u2019s op de website.<\/p>\n<h3>De Resultaten<\/h3>\n<p>Mopinion is de perfecte oplossing als je klanten 24 uur per dag service wilt bieden. Skoda vroeg klantpanels om de website te testen en beoordelen door middel van Mopinion software. Het aantal feedback reacties op bepaalde issues is afgenomen en dit leidt uiteindelijk tot een hogere conversie.
