Tegenwoordig is Schoonenberg onderdeel van Sonova, actief in maar liefst 90 verschillende landen wereldwijd.<br \/>\n<\/h4>\n<p>De top van de gehoorspecialisten en honderdduizenden mensen met verminderd gehoor ontmoeten elkaar bij Schoonenberg voor een passende oplossing.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>De website van Schoonenberg speelt een grote rol voor potenti\u00eble klanten die informatie zoeken over gehoorverlies. Omdat sommige mensen zich hiervoor schamen of het nog niet accepteren is de website de ideale manier om anoniem informatie in te winnen. Er komen dus veel veelbelovende leads binnen via de website; het zijn allemaal mensen die graag een afspraak willen maken om hun gehoor te laten testen. Om het de klanten zo gemakkelijk mogelijk te maken hoeven zij slechts hun telefoonnummer achter te laten en een medewerker belt ze zo spoedig mogelijk op om een afspraak in te plannen.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media.mopinion.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/28092601\/Hearing-aids.jpeg\" alt=\"Mopinion: Customer Success Story - Schoonenberg: Hearing aids\" width=\"650\" height=\"250\" class=\"size-full wp-image-8164\" \/><\/a> <\/p>\n<h2>De Uitdaging<\/h2>\n<p>Het nieuwe proces dat klanten doorlopen bestaat uit verschillende online stappen. Na de pilot werd direct besloten om feedbackformulieren aan verschillende contactmomenten op de website toe te voegen. Op deze manier kun je het nieuwe proces gedegen evalueren. Het nieuwe proces houdt in dat klanten zelf online een aantal stappen kunnen uitvoeren, zodat het in de winkel tijd bespaart.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>We wilden graag klantfeedback gebruiken om de verschillende stappen van de online klantreis te optimaliseren<\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 100%; text-align: right; margin: 0 0 20px 0; color: #888; font-style: normal;\">Remy da Thesta, Online Manager bij Schoonenberg<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Er waren slechts kleine obstakels na aanvang van de beslissing om met feedback verzamelen te beginnen. Het grootste obstakel was dat de fysieke winkels niet volledig af durfden te gaan op het online proces. Maar met de verzamelde klantfeedback werd zichtbaar dat de klanten wel degelijk tevreden waren over het online proces. We kregen ook het advies om minder vragen te stellen en dat bleek erg waardevol. Dit hebben we meteen veranderd.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>Het Resultaat<\/h2>\n<p>Schoonenberg verzamelt nu actief klantfeedback op de website met verschillende feedbackformulieren en via emails. Het digitale team analyseert de verzamelde data en gaat met de nieuwe inzichten aan de slag.
