Dit systeem bevat verschillende soorten content: processen en procedures die Air France, KLM en andere gelieerde vliegmaatschappijen in acht nemen, het loyaliteitsprogramma Fluying Buy en het klantenservice beleid. Onlangs heeft Air France-KLM de klantenservice medewerkers om hun feedback over de beschikbare content gevraagd met behulp van Mopinion\u2019s feedback software.
