Het is belangrijk dat we ons voorbereiden op de trends en ontwikkelingen die invloed (gaan) hebben op online feedback. Hoe zorgen we ervoor dat Mopinion en haar gebruikers klaar zijn voor de toekomst? We organiseerden een event over de <strong>toekomst van online feedback!<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p>\nOp donderdag 6 oktober vond ons event <strong>\u2018The Future of Online Feedback\u2019<\/strong> plaats. Het eerste event op ons nieuwe kantoor.<\/p>\n<p>En er was een extra reden voor een feestje. Mopinion bestaat namelijk (heel) bijna <strong>10 jaar!<\/strong> Daarom begonnen we de middag met een goed glas bubbels. Bijzonder om elkaar na een lange tijd weer (of voor het eerst) in het echt te ontmoeten. Even niet online, maar gezellig bij elkaar zijn. Na een korte kennismaking was het tijd voor de presentaties.<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media.mopinion.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/27130707\/Mopinion-Event-Kennismaking-1.webp\" alt=\"Mopinion Event Kennismaking\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-79799\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Mopinion\u2019s reis door de tijd<\/h2>\n<p>Onze eigen <strong>Head of Customer Success Rudo de Graaf<\/strong> trapte de kennissessie af met een reis door de tijd. Mopinion is begonnen in 2013 en toen zag het online landschap er heel anders uit. In de jaren daarna is zowel online feedback als Mopinion sterk gegroeid en is er veel veranderd. Ook bespraken we de opvallendste feedback trends van dit moment. En we deelden creatieve en inspirerende feedbackformulieren van Mopinion gebruikers.<\/p>\n<p>Vervolgens kwam de toekomst van online feedback aan bod. Wat verwachten we van de CX markt, security en privacy updates en van AI en machine learning? En hoe belangrijk is het om je klant nog meer centraal te stellen? Hij vertelde hoe Allianz feedback verzamelt en hoe het steeds meer gebruikt wordt in de organisatie. Ook gaf hij enkele voorbeelden van hoe \u00e9\u00e9n feedback item enorme impact kan hebben op processen en resultaten. Daarnaast gebruiken ze feedback om de behoeftes van ondernemers in kaart te brengen. Intergamma doet dit door feedback relevant te maken voor anderen binnen de organisatie, feedbackformulieren constant aan te scherpen en feedback te verrijken met andere data. Voor ons is het belangrijk dat Mopinion gebruikers zoveel mogelijk uit hun feedback halen. De informele setting maakt het voor iedereen mogelijk hun ervaringen en inzichten te delen.
