Mopinion is a company that offers feedback software for websites, apps, and email. In this Accessibility Statement, we explain how our products (feedback forms) comply with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and the European Accessibility Act (EAA).

Our Commitment
We are committed to making our digital services accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. This applies to all our users, across all devices — whether you use a screen reader, keyboard navigation, voice control, or other assistive technologies.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and comply with the requirements of the European Accessibility Act (EAA), which takes effect on June 28, 2025.


What We Are Doing

We are continuously working to ensure our:

  • – Feedback forms for Websites
  • – Feedback forms for Mobile Apps
  • – Feedback forms for Email

…are perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.


Our accessibility improvements include, but is not limited to:
  • – Clear and consistent form labels and instructions
  • – Keyboard and screen reader support
  • – Clear focus indicators
  • – Accessible error messages with real-time validation
  • – Logical tab navigation and screen reader announcements
  • – Alt text for images and icons
  • – Minimal default color contrast

Known Accessibility Issues

We are aware of the following areas that may not yet be fully accessible:

  • – Error messaging per question element in a feedback form. The error message is currently the same for all elements.
  • – For Mobile App Feedback forms; not all buttons may have the recommended target size.
  • – For Mobile App Native Feedback forms: not all native OS accessibility tools are fully supported.

We are actively working to address these issues as part of our ongoing accessibility improvements.

Enforcement of the European Accessibility Act

Starting June 28, 2025, the European Accessibility Act requires that digital products and services offered in the EU be accessible to everyone, including users with disabilities. If you are not satisfied with our response or wish to report a barrier, you may contact your local enforcement body or national equality authority.
