This could mean grouping public-sector organisations, retail brands or companies that operate within the same group.

Mopinion Sharing Sessions are very practical. Each session gives customers the opportunity to bring a real case to the table, something they are actively working on or struggling with.

Some customers use this moment to explain how they tackled a specific issue, sharing what worked, what didn’t and what they would approach differently next time. Others come with an open question, such as “What can we do to tackle this?” or “How have you handled this within your organisation?”

These peer-led discussions often spark new ideas, fresh perspectives and concrete next steps. Instead of leaving with abstract inspiration, participants walk away with approaches they can test and apply in their own teams straight away.

The role of Customer Success in every session

While peer learning sits at the heart of Mopinion Sharing Sessions, Customer Success Managers (CSMs) play a crucial role in guiding and supporting each conversation.

Before the session, CSMs help identify relevant topics and challenges based on what customers are working on.

During the session itself, they facilitate discussions, ask the right follow-up questions and ensure everyone has the space to contribute. This helps keep conversations focused, constructive and aligned with each customer’s goals.

After the session, the support continues. Customer Success Managers help customers translate insights from the discussion into concrete next steps, offering guidance on how ideas can be applied within their specific Mopinion setup.

In this way, Mopinion Sharing Sessions are not a one-off moment, but part of an ongoing partnership!

A public-sector Sharing Session at CBS

One example of how these sessions come to life took place this year at Centraal Bureau voor de Statistiek (CBS), the Netherlands’ national statistics office and focused specifically on the Dutch governmental sector, an environment where trust, accessibility and accountability play a crucial role.

We welcomed teams from Dienst Publiek en Communicatie (DPC), the Dutch government’s Directorate for Public Communication, CAK (Central Administration Office) and Politie Nederland (Dutch National Police).

Also joining were Werken voor Nederland, the government platform responsible for public-sector recruitment, NederlandWereldwijd, the central information and service platform for Dutch citizens living abroad, and RIVM, the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment.

Together, these organisations shared practical examples and common challenges related to collecting, analysing and acting on feedback in complex public-sector environments. Discussions touched on topics such as stakeholder alignment, accessibility requirements and how to turn insights into meaningful improvements across large, distributed teams.

The session offered a productive mix of open dialogue, peer learning and concrete takeaways, clearly showing the value of learning from organisations facing similar constraints and goals.
