As 2025 draws to a close, we are looking back on a year marked by momentum and meaningful connection. It was a year of learning and experimentation, enriched by new collaborations and shaped by one milestone above all: Mopinion joining forces with Netigate to build Europe’s most complete experience management platform!

From in-person events to online sessions that sparked new ideas, here is what defined 2025:

A defining moment: Mopinion joins Netigate!

This September, we announced that Mopinion is joining Netigate. Together, we are building a unified experience management platform that helps organisations:

  • Collect feedback across all channels: Capture insights from every touchpoint, websites, mobile apps, email, SMS, chats and more to build a complete picture of the customer experience.
  • Analyse CX and EX data within a single interface
  • Use agentic AI to surface insights and drive action
  • Stay compliant within Europe’s data landscape

By combining Mopinion’s strength in real-time digital feedback with Netigate’s multi-channel analytics and AI capabilities, we are creating a future-ready solution built for depth, clarity and speed. This partnership marks the beginning of a new chapter for our customers and our team.

On October 9th, we welcomed guests to CIC Rotterdam for one of our most engaging editions of Mopinion Connects yet. This year’s theme, CXO Data – The Fuel for Innovation, explored how continuous optimisation and in-moment feedback shape smarter digital journeys.

A shared future with Netigate

A highlight came when Maria Börjesson (CEO, Netigate) and Kees Wolters (Co-founder, Mopinion) presented the shared product vision that will bring both platforms together in one connected European solution.

The afternoon ended with a light-hearted quiz and relaxed networking, rounding off a day shaped by curiosity, collaboration and community.

On March 13th, we hosted a Champagne Breakfast at Remix Coworking for our French community, organised in collaboration with our partner WeLyft.

The morning focused on how experimentation, user testing and feedback contribute to stronger digital experiences. Guest speakers Gauthier Horbette (Digital Acquisition and CRO Manager at Domitys) and Clément Hornec (Co-founder and CEO at WeLyft) shared practical stories on identifying user needs and validating UX decisions with data. A business speed-date session and a sparkling breakfast added to the lively atmosphere.

Mopinion Sharing Sessions: strengthening our feedback community

This year, our Customer Success team continued hosting Mopinion Sharing Sessions, sector-based meetups where customers learn from each other by sharing challenges, best practices and real cases. By grouping organisations from the same sector, we help them exchange solutions and avoid “reinventing the wheel”. Each session also gives customers the chance to present a case or ask peers for advice.

One of these sessions took place at Centraal Bureau voor de Statistiek (CBS) and focused on the Dutch governmental sector.

We welcomed teams from Dienst Publiek en Communicatie (DPC – the Dutch government’s Directorate for Public Communication), CAK (Central Administration Office) and Politie Nederland (Dutch National Police).

Also joining were Werken voor Nederland (the platform for Dutch government recruitment) and NederlandWereldwijd (the government’s central information and service platform for citizens abroad), along with RIVM (National Institute for Public Health and the Environment). Together, these organisations shared practical examples and common challenges related to digital experience and feedback strategies within public-sector environments.

The session offered a productive mix of dialogue, practical takeaways and peer learning, highlighting the value of bringing teams together around shared challenges and goals.

VodafoneZiggo: How to democratise customer experience data

This session offered a clear user case of how VodafoneZiggo collects, evaluates and shares customer insights at scale, with the help of Mopinion. Attendees learned how surveys, heatmaps and behavioural tools help teams uncover friction points and make informed decisions.

This webinar introduced Netigate Insights and showed how organisations can centralise all feedback sources, from Mopinion forms and reviews to SMS surveys and customer emails, to uncover trends faster and with greater accuracy.

A practical session on transforming raw feedback into meaningful improvements. It covered techniques for prioritising issues, interpreting signals in real time and using dashboards and alerts to support daily decision-making.
