Customer Experience News’ definition of what is relevant for the community is quite broad. All news items are labeled with tags so that you can select articles based on certain keywords. For example, ‘customer journey’, ‘digital customer experience’, ‘user experience’ and much more.
Community members can then decide which stories are the most interesting by voting on them.
