Let us give you the summary of what happened on October 9th. It was once again time for Mopinion Connects, this time hosted at CIC Rotterdam. And what a day it was! An afternoon filled with inspiring talks, new ideas and great conversations.
The theme for this year was CXO Data – The Fuel for Innovation, all about how organisations can use customer feedback and experience data to make smarter decisions, spark innovation and improve digital journeys.
In a world where data drives nearly everything we do, it was the perfect topic to bring CX and UX professionals together.
The event gathered a lively mix of CX leaders, digital analysts, UX experts and Mopinion customers, all curious to learn how to turn data into meaningful action!
Insights that drive innovation
The afternoon kicked off with two fantastic presentations that showed how experience data can make a real difference in everyday business.
First up was Daniël Granja Baltazar, Conversion (CRO) Specialist B2B at VodafoneZiggo, with his presentation on How to Democratise Your Customer Experience Data.
He explained how VodafoneZiggo is building a culture where everyone has access to CX insights, not just a select few.
When data is shared across teams, decisions become faster, smarter and more customer-focused.
Using real examples, Daniël showed how breaking down silos helps employees take action on feedback right away, and that’s when innovation really happens.
Next on stage was Hugo Rousset, VP Digital Products and Services at Air France–KLM, presenting From Feedback to Impact: Elevating AF/KL’s Digital Experience.
He took us behind the scenes at Air France–KLM to show how feedback plays a role at every step of the customer journey, from booking a ticket to the post-travel experience.
Hugo talked about how combining qualitative feedback with quantitative data gives a much clearer picture of what customers really need. His presentation was full of practical examples of how listening carefully can turn into genuine improvements and stronger customer relationships.
Both speakers reminded everyone that experience data is not just about numbers on a dashboard, it’s about people, insights and collaboration.
When shared and acted on, it becomes a real driver of change and innovation!
A New Era of Experience Management
After a short break, the spotlight turned to the future!
Maria Börjesson, CEO of Netigate, and Kees Wolters, Co-Founder of Mopinion, took the stage for Mopinion + Netigate: A New Era of Experience Management.
Earlier this year, we announced that Mopinion is joining forces with Netigate, bringing two European leaders in customer and employee experience management under one roof. Together, we are shaping a more connected and intelligent future for feedback and experience analytics.
Maria and Kees explained how Netigate’s analytics and AI-powered platform now complements Mopinion’s real-time digital feedback technology, creating Europe’s most complete experience management solutions.
They also talked about what this means in practice, continued support for all customers, new opportunities and even more value from the start.
Their session offered a glimpse into what lies ahead: a stronger joint offering, faster insights and an even deeper understanding of both customers and employees.
The atmosphere in the room was filled with curiosity and excitement about what this new era will bring.
A fun finale to the day
After a full afternoon of learning, it was time for something a little lighter.
The day ended with 2 Truths, 1 Lie – CX/UX Edition, a fun quiz that tested everyone’s knowledge and creativity. Laughter filled the room as teams debated their answers, and after a close tie-breaker, one lucky team took the win and the bragging rights that came with it.
With the formal part over, the conversations continued over drinks and snacks. New connections were made, ideas were exchanged and the energy stayed high long into the evening.
