Meet Luísa. Our newest addition to the marketing team here at Mopinion! Luísa joined us as a Junior Online Marketer last year and has already proven herself at everything from social media management and content creation to email marketing. Outside of office hours, Luísa is an avid traveller with a soft spot for Twilight. We’re more than thrilled to have her on the team!
So we’ve heard how Mopinion experiences Luísa, but how about the other way around?
What does your position at Mopinion entail?
“As a Junior Online Marketer, I get to work on a bit of everything. From writing SEO-optimised blogs and managing translations, to being part of organising events like Mopinion Connects, webinars and Live Product Tours. I also support campaigns, newsletters and contribute to managing our social media channels,” Luísa explains and continues.
“It’s a super dynamic role that combines creativity, strategy and teamwork. No two days are ever the same!”
What does a typical workday look like for you?
“It usually starts with a good cup of cappuccino from the office machine, choosing my favourite playlist and checking my priorities for the day on Asana. I often spend my mornings and afternoons writing or editing blog content, reviewing translations from our freelancers or preparing event materials and campaign content together with my colleagues.”
That sounds like a pretty solid morning!
“My days are also filled with meetings, brainstorming sessions and campaign planning. I love that my schedule blends both creative tasks and collaborative moments.”
What is your favourite part about working at Mopinion?
“Definitely the people and the culture! Everyone is so supportive, approachable and genuinely passionate about what they do. There’s also a lot of trust and freedom to take ownership. I’ve learned so much in such a short time because of that. Plus, being involved in events like Mopinion Connects 2025 was incredibly rewarding. Seeing everything come to life after months of planning is the best feeling!”

What do you like to do in your free time?
“I love travelling, discovering new places and capturing little moments through photos,” Luísa explains.
Aside from that, she is passionate about spending time with her family, boyfriend and friends as it really helps her recharge. But how about when she is not out seeing the world and going on adventures?
“When I’m home, you’ll probably find me watching a good series, calling friends or family or planning my next trip.”
Who inspires you?
“My parents, for sure. Throughout 40 years together, they’ve been through a lot but have always taught my brothers and me to be resilient, kind and to always do our best. They’ve both worked so hard to grow in their fields and build everything from the ground up, all while staying humble and compassionate. That balance of ambition and empathy really inspires me.”
That does sound very inspiring, indeed. Some beautiful qualities to aspire to.
Do you have a guilty pleasure?
“Probably watching Twilight. I’ve seen it more than ten times and know almost all the lines,” Luísa laughs.
She is also weak for ice cream, so she won’t say no to a Twilight movie marathon paired with a nice bowl of delicious gelato. Sounds like a great evening – I’m personally in!
What is your favourite quote?
“Everything happens for a reason.”
“It’s simple, but it always reminds me to trust the process, even when things don’t go as planned.”

Where do you see yourself in five years?
“I see myself growing further in marketing, hopefully leading creative campaigns, mentoring others and continuing to tell stories that connect people and brands,” Luísa explains.
On the personal side, she hopes to keep building a life full of travel, family, balance and meaningful experiences.
What is something no one knows about you?
“I could eat pasta with white, creamy sauce every single day and never get tired of it.”
