Netigate acquires Mopinion to create Europe’s most comprehensive AI-driven Experience Management platform

The strategic acquisition strengthens Netigate’s position as Europe’s leading customer and employee experience management platform by adding Mopinion’s complementary advanced digital feedback solutions across web, app, and email platforms.


Rotterdam, The Netherlands (September 23, 2025) Netigate, a leading European experience management SaaS player, has announced the acquisition of Mopinion, a leading provider of digital customer feedback software, founded and based in the Netherlands. This strategic move adds world-class digital feedback collection capabilities, strengthening Netigate’s comprehensive, enterprise-grade solution for feedback collection, analytics, and dashboards powered by AI.

The acquisition brings together Netigate’s established experience management solution, trusted by leading organisations such as Spotify, Lufthansa, and DB Schenker, with Mopinion’s award-winning real-time digital feedback technology, used by companies including Air France-KLM, Vodafone, and Allianz.

A unified solution

Netigate and Mopinion are combining their capabilities to offer a unified solution for managing customer experiences across the entire journey. This integration brings together Netigate’s analytics, survey automation, and AI-driven trend detection with Mopinion’s real-time digital feedback tools.

Organisations will be able to collect feedback at various touchpoints—such as websites, apps, post-purchase surveys, and employee initiatives—and view it all in one secure platform. AI will analyse feedback, identify trends, and uncover root causes, while clear dashboards will help translate insights into actions.

This joint solution aims to help companies focus on the improvements that have the biggest impact, enabling medium and large enterprises across industries like retail, e-commerce, hospitality, finance, and energy to achieve faster and more precise outcomes from their businesses to drive growth.

A European Experience Management player
