Managing all your feedback forms just became smoother, smarter, and a whole lot easier. We’ve made some updates to your feedback form overview so you can stay on top of all your forms with less searching and more clarity.

Who changed what, and when?
Want to find out who adjusted a form and (politely) ask why those changes were made? Now you can.
Imagine this; your teammate updates your CES form before launch. With the newly added details, you can instantly see who made the change, reach out if needed, and ensure the survey still matches your campaign goals.
You and your team(s) have been very active with creating forms to collect customer feedback on different parts of your website or in your app. Perhaps you have a little too many forms to quickly see which are still collecting valuable feedback. Now you can directly see when the last feedback was collected.
Newly added details let you see at a glance:
- Who originally created the form
- Who last edited it (and when)
- When the latest feedback was collected
New sorting and filtering options
Need to quickly find the most recently used forms? Just sort by the new sorting option ‘Last feedback’.
Want to review all forms created by your colleague before they left the company? Filter by ‘Created by’ and get the full overview.
No more heavy scrolling to find the right form. You can now:
- Sort your forms by ‘Creation date’, ‘Last feedback’, or ‘Last updated’ date
- Filter by Created by or Last updated by
Layout changes for smoother workflows
We’ve also cleaned things up a bit. Some form actions are now easier to find, for example, the “Lock form” option has moved into the three-dotted menu at the bottom right of each form.
Locking a form can be handy if you’ve finalized a form and don’t want anyone accidentally tweaking it. Gotta protect your precious work, right?
