Mopinion ranks European High Performer in G2 Fall Report

That’s right. Mopinion is proud to announce that it has qualified as a ‘High Performer’ in G2’s Europe Regional Grid for Enterprise Feedback Management Fall 2020. This is all thanks to the many great reviews left by customers within our fast-growing customer base.

G2.com, Inc. is a peer-to-peer review site which is focused on aggregating user reviews for business software.

The Enterprise Feedback Management Category

To qualify for this category, our product had to: provide all of the features of a survey solution, enable companies to solicit feedback from companies and/or stakeholders, trigger alerts from the feedback collected, assign user permissions, and lastly, facilitate analysis of the data.

The G2 Methodology

G2 works with a particular methodology when selecting organisations for its report. For example, products – such as Mopinion – shown on the Europe Regional Grid for Enterprise Feedback Management have received a minimum of 10 reviews from users in the region of Europe. Then these products are ranked by customer satisfaction and regional market presence and sorted into four different categories: Leaders, High Performers, Contenders and Niche.

The Europe Regional Grid represents the democratic voice of real software users in the Europe region, rather than the subjective opinion of one analyst. G2 rates products from the Enterprise Feedback Management category algorithmically based on data sourced from product reviews shared by G2 users in the Europe region and data aggregated from online sources and social networks.
