What is a CSAT survey?
A CSAT survey, or Customer Satisfaction survey, measures how satisfied customers are with a specific interaction, product, service or experience. It is often used after customer support conversations, purchases or important touchpoints. CSAT helps you understand whether you are meeting customer expectations.
What should I ask in a CSAT survey?
A typical CSAT question is “How satisfied were you with your experience?” Customers usually answer on a scale, such as 1-5 or 1-10. To make the results more actionable, it is useful to include a follow-up question such as “What is the main reason for your score?”
