As of 14 October 2026, Mopinion has officially become Netigate Digital!
Last week, at Mopinion Connects 2026, we already gave you a sneak peek at our new visual identity. Now, let’s take a closer look at what this change means for you.
Since joining Netigate in September 2025, we’ve been working behind the scenes to bring our products, expertise and teams closer together. Today, we’re taking another exciting step in that journey with a new name and visual identity that reflects our joint journey building a leading European CXM company.
While our name is changing, our focus on helping organisations understand and improve their digital experiences remains the same. What’s expanding is our ability to connect insights from digital channels with other customer signals, such as reviews, support conversations and feedback from different touchpoints. This brings digital feedback into a broader, multi-signal customer experience management approach, helping organisations gain a more complete understanding of the customer journey.
So, what does this change mean for our customers, what’s already new, and what can you expect next? Let’s take a closer look.

Mopinion becomes Netigate Digital: What’s changing?
First things first: the platform you know and trust is here to stay, with the same commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
As Netigate Digital, we continue to provide the specialised feedback capabilities that help organisations understand their customers across websites, mobile apps and email. From customisable feedback forms and advanced targeting to reporting dashboards and AI-powered analysis, the tools you use to optimise your digital experiences remain at the heart of Netigate Digital’s offering.
The most noticeable changes are visual. Our website and product have been updated to reflect our new identity, including refreshed branding and colours. Our email addresses are also changing, and existing customers will receive updated contact details for their usual representatives directly.
Your existing account, feedback data and core functionality remain unchanged, so you can continue working as you used to.
But behind the new look, something bigger has already been taking shape.

Connecting digital feedback with Netigate Insights
One of the most important developments since Mopinion joined Netigate is our integration with Netigate Insights, the AI-powered analytics solution within the Netigate platform.
Digital feedback is incredibly valuable for understanding what customers experience on your website or app. However, those interactions are often just one part of a much larger journey. Connecting this information with feedback from other touchpoints helps organisations understand how individual experiences contribute to overall customer satisfaction.
That’s exactly what our integration with Netigate Insights makes possible.
Bringing your feedback together
Netigate Digital feedback can now be connected directly to Netigate Insights, allowing teams to analyse digital feedback alongside other customer and employee experience data.
The integration supports both newly collected feedback and historical data, so you can also bring existing feedback into Insights. Once connected, the data can be explored through the same dashboards, views and visualisations used for other feedback sources.
We’ve continued to improve the integration since its initial release. Teams now have greater flexibility when mapping ratings and comments to specific collections, while metadata and website background data can be brought into Insights as tags for more detailed segmentation.
This means organisations can move beyond analysing feedback from individual digital touchpoints and start exploring how different experiences relate to one another.
For example, imagine customers repeatedly reporting difficulties during an online checkout. By analysing this feedback alongside post-purchase satisfaction scores and customer service comments, teams can investigate whether the issue is limited to the website or affects the wider customer experience.
Going further with AI-powered analysis
Bringing the data together is just the beginning. Netigate Insights also opens up new possibilities for understanding and acting on that feedback.
Its AI capabilities help identify recurring topics, quantify trends and explore changes over time. With Ask AI, teams can ask questions about their feedback data in natural language and drill down into the individual responses behind the results.
Cross-collection analysis also lets you examine metrics like NPS and CSAT alongside open-text feedback from multiple touchpoints.
For Netigate Digital users, these capabilities complement the analytics tools already available within the platform. Features such as Smart Recaps continue to make it easy to summarise open feedback, identify recurring topics and understand sentiment, while Netigate Insights extends that analysis across a wider range of experience data.
The result is more context, less time spent manually analysing feedback and a clearer understanding of where improvements can make a difference.
“Since joining Netigate, we’ve gained access to a much wider network of international colleagues, bringing new perspectives, knowledge and expertise to our product development. Working together allows us to move faster and build stronger connections between our solutions. For customers, the real value goes beyond digital feedback alone. By combining feedback with other sources, such as reviews and transcripts, and using capabilities like the AI Agent in Netigate Insights to explore that data, they can gain a more complete understanding of their customers’ experiences.”
— Jos van der Kooij, Head of Product
A bigger picture of the customer experience, built in Europe
The integration represents an important step towards our shared vision: helping organisations understand the complete customer experience, rather than looking at each interaction in isolation.
Within the wider Netigate platform, Netigate Digital focuses on specialised digital feedback, while Netigate Surveys enables organisations to run comprehensive customer experience management (CXM) and Voice of the Customer (VoC) programmes across all touchpoints. From digital channels to call centres and in-store experiences, it makes collecting customer feedback at scale easier. Netigate Insights then brings these different data sources together through advanced, AI-powered analytics, providing a more complete view of the customer journey.
By connecting these capabilities, we’re working towards a more complete understanding of the experiences that shape customer satisfaction, loyalty and business performance.
Our shared European foundation is equally important. Both Mopinion and Netigate were developed and hosted in Europe, bringing together two organisations with a strong understanding of the region’s expectations around data protection, security and data sovereignty.
For customers, this means the opportunity to expand their experience management capabilities while continuing to benefit from specialised digital feedback expertise and a European approach to handling experience data.
What’s next for Netigate Digital?
Of course, our journey doesn’t stop with a new name or our first product integrations.
Looking ahead, we’re focused on making the different parts of the Netigate platform work even more closely together, creating a more connected experience for the people who use our products.
An important part of this direction is bringing feedback and context closer together. By better connecting what customers tell us with what they experience throughout their journey, we want to help organisations uncover issues that might otherwise go unnoticed.
AI will also continue to play a central role. Beyond helping teams analyse large volumes of feedback, our ambition is to make it easier to identify what deserves attention, prioritise improvements and turn insights into meaningful action.
Ultimately, we’re working towards a future with fewer disconnected feedback sources, less manual analysis and a clearer path from understanding an experience to improving it.

“I’m glad to say that we have taken a lot of important steps on the journey of becoming a significant player in Customer Experience Management. Netigate acquired Lumoa in 2024, a Finnish-based company specialised in AI-powered CXM analysis, and now we have joined forces with Mopinion in 2025. We have acquired a pivotal position to influence this market and create a lot of value to our customers.”
— Maria Börjesson, CEO of Netigate
Same expertise, bigger possibilities
Mopinion may now be called Netigate Digital, but the knowledge, technology and commitment to improving digital experiences that our customers know remain.
What changes is what we can build around them. With Netigate, we’re bringing specialised digital feedback into a broader experience management platform, combining more sources of feedback, stronger analytical capabilities and new opportunities for innovation.
We’re excited about this next chapter and look forward to continuing the journey with our customers and partners.
