Voice of Customer News’ definition of what is considered relevant for the community is quite broad. All news items are tagged so that users can easily find relevant articles based on certain keywords. For example, ‘customer journeys’, ‘customer insights’, ‘feedback strategy’ and much more.
You can then decide which stories are the most interesting by voting.
