Say Hello to Our New & Improved Export Settings!
From completely new features to the optimisation of existing elements, at Mopinion we make it our top priority to take all feedback into account during our evaluations and research.
Our team, via customer contact and online feedback forms, received plenty of great feedback regarding our export feature. Thanks to this, we came to the understanding that there were still a few things that could be automated in order to make life easier for our customers.
That’s how we came about our new export updates. These exciting improvements will give you an option to create a schedule to receive automatic exports, as well as an option to create a handy template to easily export data with the same settings regularly.
Not only that, but now you can also create a ‘Quick’ template, allowing you to export your data with just a few clicks.

So what’s it all about?
From collecting user feedback, we discovered that in order to save our users from filling in the same details over and over again, in particular, two features were needed: Scheduled exports & Export Templates.
On top of the export templates and scheduled exports, the ‘Quick’ export, allows user’s to quickly add an export with basic fields based on the current settings of the feedback inbox, for those who require their data to be exported as soon as possible.
Our export functionality allows our customers to analyse their feedback data in the way that works for them. With schedules and templates for exports, we’ve made it even easier for our customers to extract the right data at the right time from our platform.

After updating our enhanced exports earlier in the year, we see these new updates as a natural next step for the Mopinion platform, and will be available to all users and packages.
