This new and improved integration – facilitated using Mopinion webhooks – allows users to push user feedback to their Asana boards and tasks without ever having to leave the Asana app!
Simultaneously juggling several website projects is no easy task. Whether you’re talking internal projects or projects for your clients, it can be a messy undertaking. Thankfully, Mopinion has teamed up with Asana to provide you with a way of sending your feedback items to Asana Boards and lists in real-time.
You can decide which feedback results are sent to your Asana boards, using Mopinion’s webhook settings. It’s easy!
What is Asana?
Asana is a widely used web and mobile application that simplifies team-based work management and collaboration. Via organised boards and task lists, this tool is great for teams who need a way of organising, track and managing their work. Asana also includes reporting tools, file attachments, calendars and more.
How to integrate Mopinion with Asana
The process is actually very easy. First you’ll need to login to your Mopinion Dashboard. In the menu at the top of the page, click on Settings > Webhooks. Then select the feedback form you want to use.
Once you’ve chosen a form, you will be prompted to fill in your webhook conditions for that form. Start by naming your Webhook and then selecting the webhook type from the pulldown menu. Once you’ve selected Asana as your webhook type, further set up instructions will appear below.

Then you will need to click on ‘Retrieve API token’. Once you’ve copied the token, click on ‘Set Token’. Shortly after, you will be redirected to Asana’s authorisation page where you will authorise the integration.
Once you allow this integration, you can start filling in which workspace and board you’d like to send feedback to.
Then all that’s left is to ‘Generate credentials’ and select when your data should be sent (e.g. when NPS is below 7, or all survey results, etc).
In the example below, there are no question elements specified. However, you can choose to only send certain scores or items with a certain category selected (e.g. bugs), etc.
Once you’ve set this up, your feedback items will be redirected to your designated Asana board(s). It will look something like this:
