Collect feedback in your Capacitor apps
We started the year strong by announcing that Mopinion is compatible with Capacitor from Ionic – a popular framework for building web native apps. In other words: You are now able to start collecting digital feedback ion your Capacitor apps.

The Deployment Assistant: Feedback Form Testing Revolutionised
This Mopinion exclusive feature allows you to test triggers and conditions for how your website feedback forms are displayed. For example, perhaps you’ve set a form to trigger when a visitor indicates that they are closing a window (exit-intent) or a condition for the form to only be visible to a certain percentage of your visitors.
With the Deployment Assistant, you can check that your website feedback forms are displaying as intended before you publish them – giving you optimal control of your forms, from start to finish.

Themes upgraded: Cleaner, faster, better, stronger design!
In spring we introduced you to your newly renovated themes section. Or as Daft Punk would put it: You now have access to even cleaner, faster, better, stronger, feedback form design!
The new themes section gives you:
- Easier consistency in theme usage with a clear overview of all your themes, starting with your most used ones.
- Heightened user-friendliness that allows you to easily see which theme you are currently using, and how many forms it’s applied to.
- Improved preview icons to faster help you find the theme you are looking for and an even smoother creation process for customised themes.
- An easy clean-up option among unused or unwanted themes, allowing you to keep a clean workspace.

Mopinion for apps updates
In between the bigger new features, we also continuously implement smaller updates to enhance your Mopinion experience even further. In May, we released a significant update set for Mopinion for apps, packed with nifty features and upgrades across all our app SDKs.

Mopinion announces SSO (single sign-on) with Okta
In summer, we lauched an exciting new release to enhance your security even further: SSO with OKTA. You can now log into your Mopinion account using your corporate OKTA credentials.
With the introduction of OKTA, Mopinion users now have three choices for single sign-on: Microsoft Entra ID, Google and OKTA – whichever suits your organisation best.

Deployment Versioning: Track changes, revert and test with ease
At the end of 2024, we released Deployment Versioning – a feature that allows you to track changes made to how and when a feedback form is displayed (i.e. form triggers and conditions). Deployment Versioning provides a clear overview of changes made to your form’s triggers and conditions, including what was changed, when it was done, and who implemented it.
Spotted a mistake or would like to go back to an earlier version of your setting? No problem! Simply revert your deployment to previous iteration with a simple click of a button.

Introducing Smart Recaps: AI generated feedback summaries
What a way to end the year! If you haven’t already checked out your Smart Recaps, now is the time to do so!
This AI-powered feature transforms open feedback comments into convenient summaries, giving you a quick and easy overview. Gone are the days of sifting through endless feedback comments – Smart Recaps gives you relevant insight in the blink of an eye.
Thanks to sentiment analysis, you also get an overview of the divide between positive, negative and neutral feedback, sorted into topics. This way, you can easily see which issues need your urgent attention.
In contrast to other AI feedback features on the market, Smart Recaps is also designed especially with your needs in mind. It is no add-on that has been purchased in an acquisition or a half-done feature, powered by Chat GPT. Smart Recaps is completely developed and hosted in the Mopinion cloud environment.
