Managing and Interpreting your Insights

You need dashboards and charts to digest the feedback in a way that suits your organisation. It is one thing collecting the data but you need to be able to understand the story behind all of the feedback so that you can take action quickly and in the right areas. You should be able to view and compare data by week or month and also cross compare different areas of your website.
